How-To-Use

  1. Place on the bottom rack of a cold oven: Avoid placing the stone directly in a hot oven or grill.
  2. Preheat the stone: Preheat at 500°F (260°C) between 30 to 45 minutes prior to cooking
  3. *Dust the bottom of your pizza dough/peel with flour or cornmeal prior to launch
  4. Transfer and cook for 10-12 minutes -- or until you get the cheesy gooeyness you desire!
  • Never season pizza stone with oil, grease, or they will create a smell when heated.
  • Don't spill any cheese, oil, butter, sauce on the stone during baking!

Care Instructions

  • Do NOT use soap or chemical sealers as they will leach onto the surface and contaminate your food.
  • Clean after the stone has been cooled off completely in the oven. Avoid taking the stone out of the oven immediately as the temperature shock from a piping hot oven to room temperature will cause fractures and breakage. Leave the stone into the oven as both naturally cool down.
  • Scrape any excess spilled foods with a stiff brush, plastic brush or scrubbing pad. Wipe with a damp cloth. Dry completely before seasoning or use.
  • Store it in a dry and clean place or simply store it in an oven to keep it dry and easy to access.
