How do I know where my order is?

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successful. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.

USA

Standard shipping - $9.99. Free shipping for all orders over $100 to mainland USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping time: Orders are shipped from our East and West coast warehouses. You can see standard dispatch and shipping times in the table above.

Note that we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Canada 

Standard shipping - $9.99. Free shipping for all orders over $100.

We store and fulfill select products in our Canadian warehouse to improve shipping times and reduce import taxes and custom duties. Orders fulfilled in our US warehouse may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. 

UK & Europe

Standard shipping - $9.99. Free shipping for all orders over $100.

Shipping time: We store and fulfill select products in our UK warehouse to improve shipping times and reduce import taxes and custom duties. Orders fulfilled internationally in our US warehouse may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Returns

We try to make each product as flawless as possible and to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. However, we understand if mistakes happen! If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unused Chef Pomodoro product, we can help out. Chef Pomodoro products ship with a return period of 60 days.

How to initiate a return:

Reach out to us and include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:

  • Your original order number
  • The condition of your item
  • The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)
  • The reason for your return
Return shipping costs

Free returns!

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.

Returns from outside of US, Canada or UK

If you are returning a product from outside US, Canada or UK, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
