If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unused Chef Pomodoro product, we can help out. Chef Pomodoro products ship with a return period of 60 days.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.
