Returns
We try to make each product as flawless as possible and to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. However, we understand if mistakes happen! If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unused Chef Pomodoro product, we can help out. Chef Pomodoro products ship with a return period of 60 days.

- The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimise these costs and source the lowest rates available.

- Turn the wood knob to loosen the screw and turn handle 180°. Firmly tighten the handle prior to use.
- Sprinkle with flour, cornmeal or milled wheat bran to allow the pizza, bread and baked goods to slide easily onto the peel.

- Once finished cooking, slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven using the peel

- Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrap off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
- Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers. Not dishwasher safe
- Once you are finished cleaning, loosen the wood knob and turn handle inward for storage.
